At Madbakes, we take pride in delivering quality bakes and products. Due to the nature of our items, please review our refund policy below.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges (Change of Mind)

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect items ordered by customers
  • Preference on taste or texture
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong item
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess and offer a:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (case-by-case basis)
3. Fresh Bakes

Our fresh bakes are made-to-order and perishable.
As such, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

4. Frozen Dough & Baking Kits

For frozen dough and baking kits:

  • Ensure items are stored properly upon receipt
  • Refunds are only applicable if items arrive defective or compromised

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Baking results due to incorrect preparation
5. Delivery Issues
  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or absence at delivery

Redelivery fees may apply.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
